Save the Date: NEWLA Thursday, May 29, 2008

The New England Women’s Leadership Awards (NEWLA) recognizes women who have not only risen to positions of respect and influence but have also found ways to give back to their communities. Our honorees inspire young girls to find the path that will lead them to their own dreams and successes; they are women who exemplify the courage, dedication, and vision it takes to be true leaders.

Over the past 16 years, NEWLA has honored 76 exceptional women. Not only are NEWLA honorees role models for the young girls at our three Dorchester clubhouses, but they also represent what all women aspire to become. By sharing their challenges and leading by example, the honorees teach young girls the importance of determination, compassion, and self-confidence.
